Terms and Conditions

TIGERS INDOOR PLAY LTD STRIVE TO BE AS FLEXIBLE AND ACCOMMODATING AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER, TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VISIT TO TIGERS, THERE ARE A FEW BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT EXIST TO PROTECT US AND YOU.

 

By booking with us or entering the venue you are agreeing to these terms.

  1. All persons must obey the safety rules at all times for the safety of themselves and others.
  2. Customers will be removed from the venue (without refund) if they fail to follow the rules.
  3. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) or carer (18+) at all times.
  4. Parents/Guardians must always accept full responsibility for the supervision of their children whilst at Tigers Indoor Play Ltd. We recommend a minimum of one adult being present per five children.
  5. Our staff are not responsible for the welfare or behaviour of your children.
  6. A play session ticket entitles the holder to a maximum of 2 hours and 30 minute session determined by the time of the session booked. The predefined timings of play sessions are listed on our website.
  7. You must leave at the end of your timed session no matter when you arrived.
  8. There is no entry into the play area until your play session starts. Please do not arrive any sooner than 10 minutes before your session.
  9. The responsible adult must ensure a reasonable level of behaviour, by the child, is maintained at all times.
  10. Indoor Play is a physical activity, therefore please take all reasonable precautions as you would when exercising, such as bringing an asthma inhaler, wearing sensible clothing and drink plenty of fluids.
  11. We recommend those; with heart conditions, light sensitive epilepsy, are pregnant, or have any other condition that may become worse with physical activity, do not enter the frame.
  12. Use of the venue and equipment is at your own risk.
  13. Be advised that all food products within the party or café meals may contain traces of nuts.
  14. Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed at Tigers Indoor Play Ltd, with the exception of Private Hire and Private out of hours venue Hire.
  15. Any deposit or pre-payment is non-refundable, however at the
    discretion of the management, you may re-arrange for a different day, change your timeslot, or receive a credit note for use at Tigers Indoor Play Ltd.
  16. Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card or business cheque. We do NOT accept American Express or personal cheques.
  17. We reserve the right to alter any part of Tigers or its services, at any time without notice.
  18. Shoes must NOT be worn on soft play equipment.
  19. All children and adults entering the play structure, MUST wear socks.
  20. Jewellery should not be worn whilst playing on the framework.
  21. Children should comply with the age restrictions specified for each area.
  22. Children under 4 should not be left unattended at any time.
  23. The main play frame is recommended for children over 4 only.
  24. Parents of younger children may allow their child to use the main frame, but do so at their own risk.
  25. All injuries must be reported to a member of Tigers staff immediately.
  26. Children wearing glasses should, where possible, remove them whilst playing, or take special care.
  27. Tigers Indoor Play Ltd does not accept any liability for any loss or damage of any personal items or clothing of any person using the premises.
  28. Destructive, disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated from either children or adults, and behaving in such a manner could result in you being asked to leave, and in serious cases the Police being called.
  29. We do request that guests familiarize themselves with the Rules of Play which are clearly displayed in Tigers reception and inside Tigers Indoor Play Ltd main play area, as by booking with us or entering the venue, you are agreeing to the RULES of PLAY.
  30. Every time you enter your email onto our booking page on our website, you agree and consent to your email address being opted in and added to our marketing database, where you will, from time to time, receive news features and marketing material from our marketing partners Mailchimp and Booked it, who send out the emails on behalf of Tigers Indoor Play Ltd. You can unsubscribe each new addition to our database at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
  31. Customers who use a printed voucher to obtain a discounted entry fee into Tigers and have completed the validation section with their email address and contact details, agree and consent to your email address being opted in and added to our marketing database, where you will, from time to time, receive news features and marketing material from our marketing partner Mailchimp and Booked it, who send out the emails on behalf of Tigers Indoor Play Ltd. You can unsubscribe each new addition to our database at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
  32. CCTV is installed throughout Tigers Indoor Play Ltd to maintain the safety and security of our customers and staff. CCTV monitoring on our premises is for security and training purposes only and is limited to uses that do not violate the individual’s reasonable expectation to privacy.
  33. The Company reserves the right to refuse admission without notice or reason.
