Party Terms & Conditions and Guidelines
Tigers Indoor Play Ltd strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, however, to get the most out of your visit to Tigers, there are a few basic terms and conditions that exist to protect us and you. By booking with us or entering the venue you are agreeing to these terms.
A minimum of ten children are required to book a party, any party with less than 10 guests will still be charged the minimum price for 10 children.
The JUNGLE party room can accommodate up to 15 children, the SEAWORLD party room can accommodate up to 25 children & the ENCHANTED FOREST party room can accommodate up to 30 children.
If your party number exceeds 30, you will be required to book a large double party room, which has a maximum capacity of 55 children.
A minimum of 40 children is required for a large double party room. Double party rooms are subject to availability.
A provisional booking can be made in person or over the phone. Please note; in order to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit will be required. This will be £50 for party groups for a single party room.
Double party room bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £100.
Until this deposit is paid, your proposed party date is not confirmed, and may be lost if another party is booked and paid for on the same date.
You will be required to pay the remaining balance, including any café tab for food and drink, or extra charge for any additional upgrade (having confirmed exact party numbers if in excess of the original numbers booked) immediately on the conclusion of your child’s party and before leaving the venue.
Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card, and we do not accept American Express. Sorry personal cheques are not accepted.
Pre-payment is non-refundable; however at the discretion of the management, you may re-arrange for a different day or timeslot.
We reserve the right to alter the contents of the party package.
Indoor play is a physical activity, therefore please take all reasonable precautions as you would when exercising, such as bringing an asthma inhaler, wearing sensible clothing.
We recommend those with heart conditions, light sensitive epilepsy, who are pregnant, or any other condition that may become worse with physical activity, do not take part in the play frame.
Use of the venue and equipment is at your own risk.
Please inform Tigers at the time of booking if there are any special dietary requirements for children in your party.

With the exception of a birthday cake or unless otherwise agreed, Tigers Indoor Play Ltd will NOT accept any other food or drink to be brought into the play centre.
Although a Tigers party host will be assigned to your party during the time in the party room, we are not a child care service and we cannot always prevent children from leaving the venue. We do require that all children attending the party MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our staff are not responsible for the welfare of your children.
We recommend one adult should be present per five children. Responsible adults must accompany children at all times and ensure a reasonable level of behaviour is maintained.
All children and adults entering the play structure MUST wear socks.
We do request that guests familiarize themselves with the Rules of Play which are clearly displayed in Tigers reception and inside Tigers Indoor Play Ltd main play area, as by booking with us or entering the venue, you are agreeing to the RULES of PLAY.
Customers must obey the safety rules at all times for the safety of themselves and others. Customers will be removed from the venue (without refund) if they fail to follow the rules.
