Conditions of sale for our 1 Month & 3 Month Passes
- Our complete set of Terms and Conditions, together with our Rules of Play, listed in our Terms & Conditions under ‘Tigers Guidelines’, shall apply at all times
- Full payment needs to be made in person or over the phone, after which the pass will be available.
- Full payment means you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and therefore no refund can be issued
- You can choose the start date of the pass, but it must be activated with a member of staff.
- This pass entitles the bearer unlimited entry for one CHILD and one ADULT during normal opening hours
- The unlimited access pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- The pass remains the sole property of Tigers Indoor Play Ltd at all times
- The pass shall be handed into reception on arrival, and collected from reception on departure
- The security of the pass is entirely the responsibility of the bearer. Replacement cards cannot be issued without further payment being made
