During busy periods there may be a queue to enter the play area, this may take up to 30 minutes.
Charges are now applicable for all persons entering Tigers, including babies and adults, which must be selected on the booking sheet.
Any persons not booked in, will be charged at walk in price.
Make sure to have your voucher or identification with you on the day otherwise you will be charged full price. Once booked, reservations cannot be refunded, but may be transferred to a different date.
The Go-karts are NOT included in the admission price and may not be in use on the day.
