Tigers Indoor Play has always been regarded as a very clean and safe venue and we have always operated to a very high standard.
However, in response to Covid-19, we have now increased our safety and hygiene measures to levels far above the Government recommended guidelines.
Our safety measures include:
To ensure safe social distancing, our visitor numbers will be initially just 40% of our venue capacity.
For us to operate with a reduced capacity in a safe and secure way, you will need to pre-book a 2.5 hour timed play session online.
We reserve the right to check the temperature of our team and our visitors at any point, using a non-contact infra-red thermometer. If you are displaying signs of a high fever (37.8 degrees Celsius or greater) we can rearrange your visit for a future date.
We have Perspex screens added to both the reception and café to protect both you and our staff.
Multiple new hand sanitising stations have been installed throughout the centre. We’re also offering sanitiser to everyone before using the go-karts.
Cleaning will be preformed all throughout the day as usual, we have also allocated 30 minutes after each time session to thoroughly clean the entire building.
We now have disposable menus. Wrapped cutlery and sauce sachets will be handed to you once food is ordered and we encourage contactless payments whenever possible.
During the day between time slots as well as in the evening the building is sanitised with antibacterial fogging equipment especially designed for hospitals and kitchens. The fogging machine creates an antibacterial fog that coats surfaces with a sterile coating that lasts for several days.
The Government ruling regarding face coverings for indoor play centres is: “Adult customers and children aged 11 and over will be required to wear a face covering before entering and keep it on until they leave, except when eating or drinking at your table”.
To make sure our safety measures work effectively, we ask all visitors to work with us to help us all keep covid-safe. The most important new ruling is that any children that cannot practise social distancing on their own must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This is very important to comply with new Government guidelines.
