Animal Experience Day Terms & Conditions


Animal Petting Dates/Times with Paradise Wildlife Park at Tigers Indoor play are displayed on our Facebook page and on the media screens at Tigers Indoor Play.

  1. Due to restriction on numbers, these are ticket only events.
  2. All Children will still be required to enter Tigers as a paying customer with the standard entry prices.
  3. Tickets for the animal petting will go on sale from the Go-kart/Laser Till at the Café inside Tigers Indoor Play.
  4. There are only 250 tickets available on each of the booked dates.
  5. The animals are available for a total time of only 2 hours, this is due to the rules of Paradise Wildlife Park, which takes into consideration the welfare needs of all the animals.
  6. Due to the time constraint, each ticket entitles the bearer to a maximum of 5 minutes in total with all of the available animals on that day.
  7. The tickets for all dates will go on sale from the Go-kart/Laser Till at the Café inside Tigers. IMPORTANT NOTE – these tickets will be sold on a first come basis for all dates.
  8. Telephone bookings are not available for this event.
  9. Animals will vary on the day depending on the availability and the welfare of the visiting animals.
  10. The cost is £1.50 per child which entitles the child, aged between 2 and 12 years of age, to have access to all of the animals for approximately 5 minutes.
  11. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  12. Only one adult (free of charge) permitted to accompany each child with a ticket on any one visit.
  13. The assembly point for each group visit, is at the bottom of the stairs that gives access to the first floor party area.
  14. It is your responsibility to be at the assembly point on time with the attending child.
  15. If you miss your time slot no refund or replacement visit will be offered.
  16. Children may pet any of the animals available, but will not be allowed to hold them.
  17. Photography is permitted but WITHOUT the use of a FLASH.
  18. Animals may be withdrawn at any stage of the visit at the sole discretion of Paradise Wildlife Park, and in the interest of animal welfare.
  19. Any child that is considered by Paradise Wildlife Park staff, to be acting in an inappropriate or abuse manner with any of the animals, will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund or recompense.
  20. Neither Tigers Indoor Play nor Paradise Wildlife Park can be held responsible for any unpredictable behaviour from the animals.
  21. Neither Tigers Indoor Play nor Paradise Wildlife Park can be held responsible for any allergic reaction by the child from contact with live animals.
  22. All duty of care for the visiting child is absolutely the responsibility of the parent/guardian/appropriate/responsible adult attending with the child.
  23. Tigers Indoor Play will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards its staff or employees. Any customers exhibiting such behaviour may be asked to leave without any refund or recompense.
  24. By entering Tigers Indoor Play, you are agreeing to abide by the Rules of Play displayed clearly in reception and the main play area, and by purchasing a ticket for animal petting you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, also displayed on our website
